  • 1 store-bought rotisserie chicken (about 34 lbs)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 cup onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2. Chop the bell peppers and onions into bite-sized pieces.
  3. 3. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté the chopped vegetables for about 5 minutes until tender. Season with salt and pepper.
