Instructions
- Boil the eggs by placing them in a saucepan covered with cold water. Bring to a boil, cover, turn off the heat, and let sit for 12 minutes. Cool in ice water.
- Peel the cooled eggs under running water to avoid cracks. Slice each egg in half lengthwise and scoop out yolks into a bowl.
- Mash yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika until smooth.
- Fill each egg white half with the yolk mixture using a piping bag or spoon to create peaks.
