Description

Cheesy Sausage Egg Breakfast Sliders are the ultimate morning delight! Fluffy scrambled eggs, savory sausage, and gooey cheese tucked in soft slider buns make breakfast irresistible.

  • 1 lb ground sausage
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground sausage until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Whisk eggs with salt and pepper in a bowl. Pour into the skillet and scramble until fluffy.
  4. Cut slider buns in half horizontally and layer bottom halves with cooked sausage, eggs, and cheese.
