- 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts (diced)
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 green onions (sliced for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a skillet, cook diced chicken over medium heat until no longer pink, about 7-10 minutes.
- In a large bowl, mix cooked chicken with hashbrowns, cream of chicken soup, 1.5 cups cheese, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Top with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until bubbly and golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving and garnish with green onions if desired.
