Instructions
- Preheat grill or skillet over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper; cook for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
- Let chicken cool slightly, then shred using two forks.
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with mayonnaise, mustard, diced veggies, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Lay a tortilla flat and add a generous scoop of the filling to the center. Fold in the sides and roll from bottom to top.
- Slice wraps diagonally and serve with fresh veggies on the side.
