- 1 lb ribeye or sirloin steak, sliced against the grain
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Fresh parsley for garnish

- Cook fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente; reserve some pasta water before draining.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat and sear the steak strips for 2-3 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and set aside.
