- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 pound)
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente (about 8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Season sliced chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Cook each side for about 6-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and slice into strips.
- In the same skillet, lower the heat and add minced garlic; sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute). Pour in heavy cream and stir continuously until thickened.
- Gradually add grated Parmesan cheese while stirring constantly until melted and smooth. If too thick, add a splash more cream.
