  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 pound)
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente (about 8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Season sliced chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Cook each side for about 6-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and slice into strips.
  3. In the same skillet, lower the heat and add minced garlic; sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute). Pour in heavy cream and stir continuously until thickened.
  4. Gradually add grated Parmesan cheese while stirring constantly until melted and smooth. If too thick, add a splash more cream.
  5. Return sliced chicken and cooked fettuccine to the skillet; toss until fully coated in sauce.
  6. Serve on plates or in a bowl, garnished with chopped parsley and extra Parmesan if desired.
