- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Pat chicken breasts dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Add seasoned chicken to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet.
- Pour in cream and chicken broth, scraping up any browned bits from the pan. Let simmer until slightly thickened.
- Stir in chopped parsley, adjust seasoning if needed, then return chicken to the sauce for an additional minute.
- Serve hot over rice or pasta.
