Description

Creamy Garlic Chicken is a decadent dish featuring tender chicken in a rich garlic cream sauce, perfect for weeknight dinners or special occasions.


Ingredients

  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Pat chicken breasts dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  3. Add seasoned chicken to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet.
  4. Pour in cream and chicken broth, scraping up any browned bits from the pan. Let simmer until slightly thickened.
  5. Stir in chopped parsley, adjust seasoning if needed, then return chicken to the sauce for an additional minute.
  6. Serve hot over rice or pasta.
