Description

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup salsa
  • ½ cup cooked bacon or sausage, crumbled
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for cooking)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk eggs with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and scramble the eggs until fluffy.
