  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups panko breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts between plastic wrap and pound to an even thickness (about ½ inch).
  2. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
