  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken breasts in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.
  2. In one bowl, whisk together flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  3. Coat each chicken breast in the egg mixture and then dredge it in the seasoned flour until fully coated.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat (about 350°F). Fry chicken until golden brown (5 minutes per side) and drain on paper towels.
  5. For the gravy, melt butter in the same skillet, whisk in flour until golden brown. Gradually add chicken broth and heavy cream while whisking until smooth and thickened.
