  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded Gruyère cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Butter a medium-sized baking dish.
