- 2 sheets nori (cut into strips)
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp low-sodium soy sauce
Instructions
- Rinse sushi rice under cold water until clear. Combine with water in a saucepan, bring to a boil, then simmer on low heat for about 15 minutes until absorbed.
- In a bowl, mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt until dissolved. Fold mixture into warm rice.
