- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by dicing the chicken and gathering everything needed.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat and cook the chicken until golden brown, about 5–7 minutes. Remove from the skillet.
- In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of oil if necessary. Sauté garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant, then add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for about 3 minutes.
- Return the cooked chicken to the skillet along with day-old rice, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Stir everything together until well combined.
- Add chopped green onions just before serving for freshness.
