- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

- In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and sauté the onion and celery until soft (about 5 minutes).

- Form the mixture into golf ball-sized balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
