  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (for garnish)

Instructions

  2. Add diced onion and minced garlic; sauté until softened, about 3 minutes.

  4. Pour in broth and add bow tie pasta; bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer until pasta is al dente (about 8 minutes).
