Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear chicken until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove from pan.
  2. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium-low, add minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds). Stir in chopped sun-dried tomatoes.
  3. Pour in chicken broth and add cream cheese; stir until melted and well combined.
