  • 12 oz frozen potstickers (chicken, pork, or vegetable)
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 1 medium carrot, julienned
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Gather and prepare your ingredients by chopping the vegetables and mincing the garlic and ginger.
  2. In a large skillet or wok over medium heat, add oil and cook the frozen potstickers according to package instructions until golden brown on both sides. Set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add more oil if needed. Sauté minced garlic and grated ginger until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  4. Add chopped vegetables to the skillet and stir-fry for 3–5 minutes until crisp-tender.
  5. Fold in cooked potstickers along with soy sauce and sesame oil; stir well to combine. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to meld flavors.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds or chopped scallions if desired.
