Ingredients

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients and tools: mixing bowl, frying pan, spatula, measuring cups.
  2. In a bowl, combine drained salmon, breadcrumbs, chopped green onions, eggs, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into small patties about three inches wide.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
