  • 3 oz strawberry Jello
  • 3 oz blueberry Jello
  • 2 cups boiling water (divided)
  • 1 cup cold water (divided)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz whipped topping

Instructions

  1. Press the graham cracker crust into a pie dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix 1 cup boiling water with strawberry Jello until dissolved. Add 1 cup cold water and pour half into the crust. Refrigerate for 1 hour until firm.
  3. Beat cream cheese and whipped topping until smooth; spread over the set strawberry layer.
  4. Repeat with blueberry Jello using the remaining boiling water; pour over the cream cheese layer once set (about another hour).
  5. Chill for at least four hours before serving. Top with extra whipped topping or fresh berries.
