  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, pureed (or strawberry jam)
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press evenly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually mix in powdered sugar and vanilla until creamy.
  3. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
  4. Divide the filling into two bowls; fold pureed strawberries into one bowl.
  5. Layer half of the strawberry mixture on the crust, followed by plain filling and another layer of strawberry mixture.
  6. Top with fresh blueberries for decoration.
  7. Refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight before serving.
