  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1 cup fresh spinach or kale (sautéed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice each bagel in half horizontally and hollow out the centers without breaking through.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs and heavy cream until smooth. Stir in cheese, bacon or ham, and sautéed greens.
