Description

Shamrock Shake Pie is a festive, creamy mint dessert that delights any occasion, perfectly capturing the spirit of St. Patrick’s Day and sweet cravings alike.


Ingredients

  • Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream
  • Oreo Cookie Crust
  • Whipped Topping
  • Green Food Coloring
  • Chocolate Shavings or Sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press firmly into a pie dish and bake for 8-10 minutes. Allow to cool completely.
  2. Soften mint chocolate chip ice cream at room temperature for 10 minutes. Mix in green food coloring until your desired hue is reached.
  3. Spread the softened ice cream evenly into the cooled crust using a spatula.
  4. Top with whipped topping and garnish with chocolate shavings or sprinkles.
