- Cover the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Roll out chilled dough on a floured surface to about ¼ inch thick and cut into shapes using cookie cutters.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until edges are lightly golden but centers remain soft. Cool completely before decorating.
