- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 8 oz fettuccine or penne pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add seasoned chicken pieces and cook until golden brown (about 5-7 minutes).
- Stir in minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream, add grated parmesan cheese, and season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain.
- Combine pasta with the sauce and chicken in the skillet. Toss gently to mix.
