  • 2 whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers (red or yellow)
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese (optional)
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Prep the Ingredients: Dice bell peppers and rinse spinach under cold water. Set aside.
  2. Cook the Veggies: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat, spray with olive oil, add bell peppers, and sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened.
