  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20 fat ratio)
  • 6 slices thick-cut bacon
  • 4 slices American cheese
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 4 slices bread (your choice)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 tbsp chopped pickles

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients by chopping onions and pickles.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crispy; drain on paper towels.
  3. Sauté onions in the same pan until caramelized (about 5-7 minutes).
