  • 8 oz penne pasta
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup bell peppers (chopped, red and yellow)
  • 1 medium yellow onion (diced)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth

Instructions

  2. Cook the penne pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving 1 cup of pasta water.
