  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 cups cooked rice (white or brown)
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 2 medium carrots, julienned
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha (adjust for spice level)
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. 1. Marinate the chicken by mixing soy sauce, garlic, and sesame oil in a bowl. Add chicken breasts and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
