Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 3 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces; mince the garlic.
  2. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Drizzle chicken with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown.
  3. Steam broccoli in boiling water for about 3 minutes until bright green but still crunchy. Drain and set aside.
  4. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute). Slowly add heavy cream while stirring continuously.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese and lemon juice; season with salt and pepper.
