Description

Hearty Beef-Stuffed Pasta Shells are a comforting and delicious dish, perfect for family gatherings or cozy dinners. Bursting with flavor, these stuffed shells are sure to impress everyone at the table.


Ingredients

  • 12 medium pasta shells
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté the onion until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned, approximately 5-7 minutes. Stir in garlic and Italian seasoning.
  4. Remove from heat and mix in half of the marinara sauce.
  5. Stuff each cooked shell with the beef mixture and place them in a greased baking dish.
  6. Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the stuffed shells and top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes; uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden brown.
