- 2 tablespoons pure honey

Instructions
- If using fresh corn, husk and clean it, then cut the kernels off the cob.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Add corn to the hot skillet and sauté for about 3 minutes until slightly golden.
- Stir in the butter and honey until well combined and melted.
- Season with salt and pepper, cooking for an additional 5 minutes while stirring occasionally.
