  • 1 wheel Cooleeney Camembert Cheese (approximately 200g)
  • 2 sprigs fresh Rosemary
  • 3 tbsp raw Honey
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 loaf Crusty Bread (sourdough or baguette)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Score the top of the Cooleeney Camembert with a sharp knife and place in a small baking dish.
