  • 6 large Eggs
  • 2 cups Whole Milk
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 2 cups Fresh Berries (strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cut brioche into 1-inch cubes and spread evenly in the baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture over the brioche cubes and gently toss to coat.
  5. Fold in the fresh berries.
