  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 lb ribeye or sirloin steak
  • 1 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  5. Combine cooked pasta and sliced steak into the sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
