- 1 cup cooked lobster meat (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter

- ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil salted water in a large pot and cook cavatappi until al dente (8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add heavy cream and simmer gently. Whisk in cheddar cheese until melted and smooth.
