  • 1 package store-bought cinnamon rolls (about 12 rolls)
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup powdered sugar (for topping)
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a springform pan and arrange the unrolled and sliced cinnamon rolls around the base.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat together softened cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then mix in vanilla.
