  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs (room temperature)
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 tsp espresso powder
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • ¼ cup coffee liqueur (optional)
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter and sugar until smooth. Mix in the eggs one at a time until fluffy.
