  • ¾ cup powdered sugar
  • 3 large eggs (room temperature)
  • Whipped cream (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix chocolate cookie crumbs with melted butter until combined. Press mixture into a tart pan.
  3. Bake crust for 10 minutes; let cool.

  6. Whisk in eggs one at a time until smooth.
