- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup hot fudge sauce (plus more for drizzling)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix melted butter with eggs and vanilla extract. Stir in half of the hot fudge sauce.
- Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients until just mixed; do not overmix.
- Pour half the batter into the loaf pan, drizzle with hot fudge sauce, then add the remaining batter on top. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
- Let cool in the pan for about ten minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Slice and serve warm with additional hot fudge if desired.
