- 1/2 cup (113g) unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup (240ml) heavy whipping cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a round cake pan.
- Melt the dark chocolate and unsalted butter together in a heatproof bowl over simmering water. Allow to cool slightly.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until pale and fluffy. Gently mix in the melted chocolate-butter combination.
