- 1 cup whole milk ricotta cheese
- 1 cup fresh asparagus, trimmed
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Rinse the asparagus under cold water and trim off woody ends.
- In a bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, chopped basil, lemon zest, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Lay each salmon fillet flat. Spread a generous layer of ricotta filling on top and place 2-3 asparagus spears at one end. Roll tightly.
