  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 1/3 cup pure honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and season both sides generously with salt and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and garlic powder until smooth.
  4. Place the seasoned chicken in the baking dish and pour half of the glaze over it.
