- ¼ cup honey (for drizzling)

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let sit until bubbly (about 5 minutes).
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture and melted butter; mix until shaggy dough forms.
- Knead on a floured surface for 8-10 minutes until smooth. Place in an oiled bowl and cover; let rise for about 1 hour until doubled in size.
- Mix chopped nuts, cinnamon, and remaining sugar for the filling.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle, spread melted butter over it, then sprinkle the nut mixture evenly.
- Roll tightly from one long side into a log shape and slice into equal pieces.
