  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Sriracha sauce (adjust for spice level)
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Set up a dredging station: one plate with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs. Dip each chicken breast in flour, then egg, and finally coat with panko.
  4. Place the coated chicken in the baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, Sriracha, and honey to make the sauce.
