  • 1 lb flank steak or sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 1 cup carrots, julienned
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce (low sodium)
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients by slicing the beef against the grain and chopping vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  3. In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add beef strips and stir-fry until browned (about 3-4 minutes).
  4. Add chopped vegetables and minced garlic to the skillet. Stir-fry until veggies are tender yet crisp (about another 3-4 minutes).
  5. Mix soy sauce and oyster sauce in a small bowl, then pour over beef and veggies. Stir well to coat evenly.
  6. Finally, add cooked lo mein noodles to the skillet, tossing everything together for one more minute until heated through.
