Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- For the crust, mix flour, granulated sugar, and cold butter in a bowl until crumbly. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- In another bowl, toss mixed berries with brown sugar and vanilla extract for the berry filling.
- In a separate bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and cold butter to create the streusel topping.
- Layer the berry mixture over the crust and sprinkle the streusel on top.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown and bubbly. Allow cooling before slicing into squares.
