  • 2 cups fresh mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (cold, cubed)
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. For the crust, mix flour, granulated sugar, and cold butter in a bowl until crumbly. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. In another bowl, toss mixed berries with brown sugar and vanilla extract for the berry filling.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and cold butter to create the streusel topping.
  5. Layer the berry mixture over the crust and sprinkle the streusel on top.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown and bubbly. Allow cooling before slicing into squares.
