  • 1 lb ground beef (80% lean)
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 6 slices American cheese
  • 12 mini burger buns
  • 1/2 cup sliced pickles
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef and onion soup mix until just blended.
  3. Shape the mixture into small patties (2-3 inches in diameter).
  4. Place patties on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  5. In the last few minutes of baking, add cheese slices on top of each patty.
  6. Assemble sliders by layering lettuce, pickles, a slider patty, ketchup, mustard on each bun bottom, then top with the other half.
