- 6 slices thick-cut bacon
- 4 cups romaine lettuce (chopped)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1 ripe avocado (sliced)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
Instructions

- In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise and lemon juice.
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, bacon, romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and avocado. Drizzle with dressing and toss gently.
