  • 2 cups cooked, shredded boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (13.8 oz) refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and cheddar cheese until combined.
  3. Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface to about 1/4 inch thick and cut into squares.
  4. Place about two tablespoons of the chicken mixture in the center of each square. Fold edges over and pinch tightly to seal.
  5. Arrange bombs on the baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
